The license-chart shows how many DLLs in an application a given license will allow you to select for profiling at a time. Example: if you have a Standard license and a WP7 app consisting of 8 DLLs then you may select to measure timing from any 5 of the DLLs at a time.
The EQATEC Profiler can profile full .NET 2.0 and above, Silverlight 2.0 and above, and NET CF 2.0 and above. In summary, the only applications that EQATEC Profiler cannot profile are .NET 1.x applications. Also, EQATEC Profiler can profile NET CF apps and Windows Phone 7 apps (both Silverlight and XNA) live on actual device hardware, as well as on a device emulator.
